Do I have a guarantee?

When you buy a product from us, you are entitled to the legal guarantee. This means that the product must satisfy the demands that you can reasonably expect of it, with normal use and for the expected lifespan of the product. We also extend a guarantee to you should the product you receive be damaged or incorrectly printed. Do you want to make use of the guarantee? Please contact our customer service and make sure that you have your invoice number available.

Do you have a complaint?

We will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. If you have a complaint please contact our customer service directly. You can reach us by telephone or email. Please state your complaint as clearly as possible. You will receive a comprehensive reply from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint. Not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can report it to Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP, The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also report your complaints to the Geschillencommissie via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr/).
